The farmhouse La Meridiana is located in Ponti sul Mincio in the province of Mantua, near the renowned town of Borghetto.

The villa is located in the periphery of Ponti sul Mincio and is surrounded by a private park and swimming pool.

The building dates back to 1400 and has been entirely refurnished recently; there is a sundial on the facade of the villa, that inspired the name of the farmhouse.

The swimming pool, renewed in September 2019, offers refreshment and relax in the hot sunny days.

The interior of the rustic building with exposed beams gives a sense of warm welcome to our guests. The structure is divided into two floors: at the entrance there is the reception area, where breakfast is served in the morning and where our guests can enjoy themselves and have a tea during the day.

Continuing on the ground floor there is another large living room with a fireplace, armchairs, a couch and a beautiful professional billiard table available for our guests.

On the first floor there are the rooms Iris, Rosa, Viola, Papavero and Mimosa.

The Iris room is a standard double bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom equipped with a bathtub and a double washbasin.

The room overlooks the garden and is equipped with air conditioning, underfloor heating, tv and free wi-fi. Continuing we reach the Rosa room, a king deluxe with wider dimensions equipped with a walk-in wardrobe, a double bed, a private bathroom with a wide shower and a double washbasin.

Also this room overlooks the garden and is equipped with air conditioning, underfloor heating, tv and free wi-fi.

The Viola room is a standard double bedroom with a double bed, a private bathroom with a double washbasin and a wide shower.

The room overlooks the garden and is equipped with air conditioning, underfloor heating, tv and free wi-fi. The Papavero room is a suite with a balcony overlooking the garden equipped with a double bed and a small corner with armchairs and a table.

The large bathroom is equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a double washbasin. The room is equipped with air conditioning, underfloor heating, tv and free wi-fi.

The Mimosa room is a suite with a balcony overlooking the garden. The peculiarity of this room is the tapestry in deco style that covers the wardrobes and walls, forming a whole.

The suite is equipped with a double bed, a private bathroom with Jacuzzi, a wide shower and a double washbasin.

There is also a sitting area with armchairs and a small table.

The room is equipped with air conditioning, underfloor heating, tv and free wi-fi.

At the second floor we find the suite Camelia, king deluxe, equipped with a double bed.

The peculiarity of this room is the main wall, where there is a wardrobe that hides the access to the private bathroom with shower and double washbasin.

The retractable television is inserted in the wall cabinet and the room is equipped with air conditioning, underfloor heating, TV and free Wi-Fi.

At the second floor there are other two rooms, each one of them has two single beds and a bathroom in common with a shower and a double washbasin.

The Camelia suite and the two adjacent rooms are made available to the guests only in case they book the entire farmhouse.

Adjacent to the farmhouse there is a small depandance that can accommodate four people. It is divided into a double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, air conditioning, heating, tv and free-wifi, a bathroom with a wide wardrobe and washbasin, living room with a table, chairs and a double sofa bed.

In the living room there is a TV.

Inside the depandance there is also a small kitchen complete with all accessories and usable by the guests. On the back of the depandance there is a small private garden, separated from the park by the villa, to guarantee privacy to the guests.

The park of the villa is 2000 m2 wide and inside it there is a newly refurbished swimming pool.

The area is equipped with deck chairs and sun umbrellas and there is also a cabin inside which guests can change and take a shower.

Near the swimming pool there is a covered patio used for breakfast during the summer.

In the park there is a large green area available for weddings, banquets, birthdays, parties and meetings. Inside the villa there are always the custodians, available for any need.
